The hotel’s location is the only good thing—restaurants, the train station, bars, bakeries, everything is close—and it’s very pretty, but the hotel itself is dirty, everything is terrible, and I don’t recommend it at all. If you stay and aren’t in the room, it’s fine: just shower, sleep, and that’s it. For that price there are better options! I encountered this for the first time. The internet doesn’t work; I asked for wifi, but there was none. They don’t clean rooms, only change towels. A terrible hotel.

The staff reacted quickly to swap our room because of a major bathroom issue; the room was old and not very clean, and the elevator was very narrow, yet everything else was unfortunately lacking.

The staff is excellent, the hotel is well‑located, there’s a good café nearby, and the metro station is close.
