The only redeeming factor was the location. We arrived around 9 pm and were told only one room remained—Room 911. When we checked in, the AC made a horrible noise; maintenance came and said the motor needed replacing, so it wouldn’t be fixed that night. They then offered Room 714, which had a chemical smell in the bathroom from mold removal. We had to choose between unbearable noise and a chemical odor. We settled for Room 714, but the front desk offered nothing—no discount or compensation.
