Everything was perfect! The neighborhood, the little cul‑de‑sac of the guesthouse, the calm despite the proximity, and the fact that it’s in the heart of Tbilisi, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the welcome from Ekaterina and her kindness!

In a nice secluded street just off a main avenue. Very quiet. Everything you needed was there. Enjoyed every part. Would definitely book again.

The place is well located and the house is beautifully decorated. The host is very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. However, the kitchen needs better cleanliness and some small items should be added: a coffee pot, a kitchen towel, a tray and a clothes dryer. The tableware should be replaced because it has chips and cracks. The key jammed and the door was hard to close.

This guesthouse is great and in a very convenient spot! Katerina was very welcoming, and it’s clear she’s invested a lot of care into the space. The rooms are small but cozy and nicely decorated, and there’s a kitchen on the first floor for guests to use.
