The hotel is centrally located, blending residential and commercial areas nicely. The staff were polite and helpful. Because many staff were absent, the remaining team handled all tasks from reception to room service. They managed well, but you should plan for such shortages so the staff isn’t overworked.

The staff here are really on top of things - check-in was super fast, even when I arrived at the last minute. They even sent a porter to grab my luggage and showed me to my room. At 11 p.m., they whipped up some hot tea and pratha for me, which was a nice touch. That said, the rooms could use an update, especially in terms of heating - a warm blanket and some fan wall heating would make winter evenings way more pleasant.

“Don't use booking..com for any booking”

I was really disappointed with how things went down - the hotel cancelled my booking and moved me to another property without asking me first. The new place was a total downgrade, with basically no amenities to speak of. It was a cheap hotel that didn't even provide a free shuttle or a complimentary water bottle. The room itself was pretty gross, with a broken and unhygienic mattress, leaky taps, and no TV.

“Good for 1 night if you’re travelling Via Jaipur”

The location was spot on and checking in was a breeze. That said, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities - it felt like they could've been better.

“Worst place to stay”

This place was a total disaster - the room reeked of cigarette smoke and was filthy, with dirty linen covered in burn marks. It was clear that no one had cleaned the room or done anything to get rid of the smell. The whole experience was pretty gross.
