The staff’s professionalism was great, and there was nothing else to note.

The breakfast was delivered from outside, so it wasn't hot. I expected the food to be cooked on site and served warm, especially since the room rates match those of other hotels offering similar services.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the common areas, and security was weak—anyone could wander close to the rooms.

We took a brief family trip and the stay turned out to be really good; the place was comfortable, relaxing, and offered great value for money, making the overall experience pleasant and enjoyable, and we’d gladly return. The only drawback was the outside noise.
