“Horrible”
The workers were the only thing that I can say good; the little workers they had were super professional and friendly. The tile in the bathroom was cracked in multiple spots; the soap dispenser is tacked to the wall and halfway ripped off; the light kept flickering and got super dim, then flickered and flicked back on the whole time. We had to call maintenance twice to fix the TV because for some reason the TV stopped working; there was no maintenance to swap out the TV, and it was too late to switch rooms, and the manager wasn’t in until the morning, so all night no TV. The washers, all four, were broken, and there were only one or two dryers that worked. Half of the lights worked in the pool area. The pool was never cleaned or maintained; it was wet constantly and everyone kept slipping by the steps. Two of the windows were just tapped; they had big cracks in them. No pool towels. The pool was super small. The hot tub was broken; there were no markings to stay out that it was broken, so kids jumped in the hot tub. The knob to turn on the hot tub was broken. There was never anyone at the front desk to check in or out; I saw no one at the front desk the whole time. So the front doors are the only entrance you can get in, no elevators. The front doors are left open 24/7. When I was out in the front I got confronted both times by people not even staying at the hotel. The mirror was missing where there was a mirror. The windows were broken and didn’t latch shut. The breakfast was good, but it felt bad because the attendant was so incredibly nice and helpful, yet she was operating out of a utility closet where there was food, there were dirty and dusty mops, and that’s where the food was being put together. Graffiti on the window sill. The exercise room was small and most of the equipment was broken. The water in the front with lemons and cucumbers was old; the cucumbers and lemons I think were starting to turn. The water smelled horrible.
