Dinner was pretty good, and the staff were very polite; because it was a weekday, the breakfast didn’t live up to my expectations. The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, and the bed was too hard.

One of the room types was upgraded to a large room, with separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient, and the view while soaking in the hot spring was great, so if your budget allows I recommend booking the larger room. The two room types were one large and one small, and for the family traveling together the small room’s bathroom had yellowish stains; if you care a lot about bathroom cleanliness I wouldn’t book that type, and the floor in the room was a bit unstable and somewhat dangerous, and a 2‑year‑old child had to pay an extra 100 ¥ for meals.
