The staff were really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
The location on Jimbaran beach is amazing.
The tranquility and sea views were lovely

Perfect & peaceful location. Amazing, friendly & helpful staff. All the food was delicious & fresh. Could not fault a single thing & will definitely be back!

Gorgeous location. Gardens and pool beautifully presented. I’d stay in a beachside cottage next time (as opposed to a pool villa). The villas are a little distance from beach & restaurant/pool & feel a little disjointed. They’re also alittle dated

A truly wonderful hotel. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, everything is impeccable. The place is beautiful, cared for down to the last detail, but what really makes the difference is the treatment: close, attentive and extraordinarily professional. We travel a lot and are quite demanding of hotels, and honestly here we can’t raise a single objection. Everything works, everything flows, and they make you feel truly well taken care of without being intrusive. A fantastic stay from start to finish. One of those hotels you would return to without hesitation.
