I tried calling the front desk before I got there and never got a ring back. It was pretty annoying not being able to get any info over the phone.

The staff at the reception were genuinely friendly, but it felt like their manager didn’t value them at all. Finding the place was a hassle because there are two listings with the same name, and breakfast never showed up – they blamed a missed message from the owner. On top of that we were double‑booked, got the wrong invoice, dealt with a broken tap, and nobody answered our calls.

The stay was just okay – the room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable for a short break. Nothing really stood out, but it served its purpose.

I didn’t notice anything particularly good or bad about the place. The room was tidy and the staff were polite, but there was nothing that left an impression.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the facilities – pool, gym, and common areas – were all in good shape. I felt taken care of throughout my visit.
