The staff treatment was amazing, especially Verena who spoke English with us (my partner is British). The facilities and breakfast were really good. When I asked for a room cleaning, the towels weren’t changed. I’d suggest adding the names of foods in the breakfast menu for the English version as well.

The breakfast was vast and fulfilling, with many fruits, types of breads, typical northeast culinary treats and nice staff. I liked everything.

The inn is beautiful. The pool and water temperature are great. The breakfast is fabulous, especially the lime pudding. The facilities are super clean and there’s a brand‑new gym. The location is excellent, two blocks from the centre on a quiet street. The staff are so kind, smiling and courteous.

We had a great stay at the inn. The pool is spectacular, the breakfast supreme, and the entire staff, especially Verena, was very attentive. I highly recommend it. We really liked Arraial and staying at the inn. Everything was perfect.

The installation is new, bedding is good, the bed is good, the shower is good, the air conditioning works perfectly, the minibar is very good, the smart TV, the décor is lovely and the view of nature is impeccable. The tapiocas at breakfast are very good! The structure of the lodge itself is very pretty, the photos on the site don’t give a sense of how nice it is to move around inside. The heated pool with jacuzzi is wonderful! After coming back from the beach you can enjoy a lot, being able to eat at the tables around, something my husband and I loved and made us enjoy the post‑beach day a lot. We stayed a week and realized it’s a very family‑friendly hotel, people don’t come for chaos, everything is very orderly and decent, most guests are couples. My only remark is about the team’s service, which is impeccable. They’re very helpful and ready to attend to what we need beyond the stay. We received a lovely ecobag as a gift. Thank you, Carol, Verena and Nilson ❤️. The location isn’t excellent, it’s good because you have to walk a bit to the van stop that takes you to the beaches. To get to the ferry the van stops at the corner of the lodge street. Another small remark was about the fruit quality at the start of the week and the variety of salty options at the start of the week too. But those were not things that would stop me from choosing them for another stay.
