The location was good, but the room was dirty, the décor felt very tired, and the breakfast was awful.

It was helpful to find a place to stay on the way from Kyzylorda, and the room was very spacious, essentially two rooms with a separate sleeping area; however, there was no option to order an early breakfast and the price‑quality ratio was high.

The hotel is nice, new, and in a good spot with friendly staff, but the shower water pressure was weak and breakfast could have been better.

The spot works well if you’re heading to the Aral Sea and the museum; the hotel itself is decent. It feels a bit pricey for what you get, but the breakfast was solid. Compared to other hotels in other cities, it still feels a touch expensive for the value offered.
