They gave a friendly welcome, the room was tidy, and the buffet breakfast was generous (though it could have had more savory options; it was an Italian‑style breakfast, after all). Excellent, and the location is great.

The room was lovely, the kitchen and bathroom were great, the location was perfect, and most of all the owner, Mr. Mario, was kind and available. I hope to return soon.

The owner was accommodating, there was motorcycle parking, and the place was close to Orte’s historic centre. A fully equipped kitchen was available if needed.

This accommodation is adequate, but nothing more. It sits on the highway (hard to spot if you’re unfamiliar). For the price it’s fair and you can’t ask for more, but it feels a bit cold. Breakfast is just enough, with packaged pastries to grab and a coffee at any time. There’s nothing negative to say – it’s simply correct, clean, and perfect for a night when you find it, though it lacks the warmth you sometimes seek.
