Great breakfast, great location, friendly communication at the hotel. The bathroom was a bit in need of renovation.

“Tolles Hotel in direkter Strandlage!!”

The staff were 11/10, the location 10/10, food 6/10, cleanliness 9/10, overall condition 10/10, parking 3/10, noise 8/10. The staff really impressed us – very courteous, kind, helpful and almost family‑like. The location is simply top; 15 m from the beach. Because the hotel is right in Benidorm, the noise level is something to keep in mind, but it’s hardly audible when the windows are closed. The restaurant directly below the hotel was delicious. The food, especially breakfast and dinner in the hotel, was rather sparse with few options but acceptable. Since it’s outside the party area, the clientele is quieter. Parking is very limited; the hotel has no parking. There’s a nearby shopping centre where you can park for a fee of 24 h at €23, but there’s also a free parking spot about 15 min on foot. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and will visit the hotel again in the future. No parking, breakfast and dinner sparse but acceptable.

I liked the spot, but next time I’ll request a room with a view because we were on the back side and that didn’t appeal to me.

The location was wonderful, but we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Everything else was perfect.

“Szuper hely”

The hotel is in a great spot, close to the park and downtown – a central stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and they cleaned daily. Breakfast was fine, and they offered plant milk for coffee if asked. I didn’t like the afternoon check‑in timing; the room was officially booked until 4 pm but they handed it over at 1 pm, which was a big plus. I recommend it to anyone wanting a place near the sea. The only downside was the limited variety of fruit and vegetables.
