This place offers amazing value—it’s in a great spot, has decent size, and good communication at a good price for Tokyo. I’ll note that it’s a great budget pick, but it’s very cramped. Anyone seeking luxury and space might not be satisfied.

The location was good—that was the only positive part of our stay. What really shocked us were the towels with old stains. During our three‑week trip in Japan, this was the only place where we encountered that. We contacted management, who said fresh towels would be left the next morning, but they never arrived. We ended up buying new ones ourselves. The room was also tiny, making it hard to open our suitcases. It was far from the cozy and stylish space shown in the pictures.

Found an amazing deal in Tokyo—so glad I stumbled on this spot. The only hiccup was the ~10 minute walk to the nearest train station and that it’s not in the flashy part of Shinjuku.
