The property was well maintained and the facilities were top‑class. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions for things to do in Hanoi that were fantastic. The only downside was a little street noise.

We had an absolute dream stay at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Hanoi. We tried three different hotels during our time in the city, and this one was hands down the best! The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the vibrant Old Quarter, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and good shops and restaurants around. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and feature a wonderfully spacious shower. The dining was outstanding across the board: An excellent on‑site Vietnamese restaurant for dinner. A 9/10 breakfast with variety and quality. A 10/10 rooftop bar with a great atmosphere to unwind in the evening. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. A special mention and huge thanks to Celia, who took such thoughtful care of us throughout our time there! On top of that, the hotel kindly offered us a shower in the evening long after our checkout so we could comfortably freshen up before our late‑night departure to the airport. We wholeheartedly recommend JM Marvel Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi and will definitely stay here again!

The staff were so lovely and had amazing attention to detail. The rooms were super clean and the front desk were very helpful and nice :)

Amazing hotel, very clean rooms, super professional staff at the reception, most especially Alex and Celia. Celia was super amazing to our children and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is located in a very good spot and has one of the most amazing spas in Hanoi which I highly recommend to anyone

The hotel sits just a 5–10‑minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, the night market, and the cafés, restaurants and traditional shops of the Old Quarter.
