Breakfast was fantastic, with high quality and a wide range of options, including a DIY pancake station and omelettes made to order; the staff were very attentive, even keeping the coffee cup refilled. Housekeeping, however, needs tightening up: on arrival I found that a previous guest had left contact lenses on the lamp base on my nightstand and a clump of dirt (or something similar) inside the quilt, and on the second day my used large towel was replaced with one that had a large brown stain. On the morning before checkout I received a letter under my door with a bill for my room and breakfast, even though I had paid for my room in full upon arrival and was told I could pay for breakfast at checkout after a final bill was produced for any additional charges (mini bar, room service, etc.). There was also confusion between Hilton and another party, which caused the same bill to be emailed to me later that day.
