It was unpleasant to arrive at the door and find nobody attending; we called the number listed on the door, which matched the one on the website, but no one answered, so we had to look for another place.

The parking was ample and the water park was cool; I booked a room for a couple and a 7‑year‑old child free, but the bed barely fit the couple; the place was clean and apparently new, yet we had to get a puff after insisting to create a corner for my daughter.

The front‑desk lady was amazing when she helped me with delivery, since the restaurant closes at 18:00 and I only checked in at 18:30, she kindly saved my dinner; the breakfast was served very late, so when I couldn’t wait they offered me two complimentary water bottles. In the morning, water was missing during my shower, and my husband couldn’t even wash his face; we also found the hotel entrance confusing and think better signage is needed.

El hotel es un balneario, la piscina es lo más bonito. Habitaciones estrechas, apenas cabíamos con nuestras maletas. Muy alejado del centro de Moquegua, sino estás en vehículo privado se te dificultará salir o llegar
