The rooms here were surprisingly neat and clean, which was a pleasant surprise considering the price. However, that's where the positives end. The rooms themselves were a bit basic, and the lack of any real amenities or services made our stay feel a bit bare-bones.

The location of this place is a major plus - it's just a stone's throw away from Eden Beach and Chunnambar Boat House. However, the steep price we paid (a whopping 4900 INR for two nights) doesn't quite match up to the quality of the room. The Standard Double room was ridiculously small, with barely enough space for two adults to move around, and the pictures online didn't do it justice.

This place has a lot going for it - the price is super reasonable, it's close to eden beach, and the staff are friendly and made check-in a breeze. They even let us park our bike on the premises, which was a big plus. However, there are a couple of things that need to be sorted out - the lack of security cameras and door latches in the room made us feel a bit uneasy.
