The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the staff were not knowledgeable; I called to arrange a late check‑in and they cancelled my reservation because the payment didn’t go through, then refunded the money that supposedly didn’t work and asked me to borrow a credit card since mine got locked from all the activity they performed, leaving me and my two young children almost without a room.

Breakfast hit the mark: cheese omelettes, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, a tidy pancake maker, cereal, oatmeal, and more. The hotel sits in a solid spot, it was tidy, and the beds were comfy. The new AC system in rooms needs fixing because it shuts off while you’re sleeping. The staff could use a bit more training.
