“Friendly Staff, but Noisy Environment”

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They handled every request professionally and efficiently. The hotel has a lovely, well‑maintained area where you can enjoy a relaxing walk. Breakfast was generous and very satisfying. A very convenient service at the reception is the option to order lunch or dinner from the café directly to your room; everything was delicious, the portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel shares its grounds with several wedding venues, so multiple weddings often happen at the same time and the music and celebrations can be heard in the rooms until late in the evening. There are also ongoing construction and renovation works at the hotel, so noise starts early in the morning. The mattress and pillows were extremely firm—almost like sleeping on stone—and because of the noise and the very hard bed, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The staff were friendly, but the construction noise was annoying, there was no dry‑clean or washer, and the bed was very small.

The location, staff, and cleanliness are good. However, there are many wedding parties, and the Wi‑Fi is very weak.

“Très bien!”

The personnel were very pleasant and the room was well equipped, the bedding comfortable and the cleanliness excellent, especially for Ayah! The breakfast was complete and hearty, but there is no pool yet because it is still under construction, unlike the photos on Booking.
