Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location was good. The room was dirty, the building was dirty, old furniture, a hard mattress, inadequate cleanliness, and the space was too small even for two people. There was noticeable dampness and mold in the bathroom.

They provided umbrellas. The bedding was nice and the beds were comfortable. That’s all. It was advertised as wheelchair accessible, but there are five steps at the building entrance, one step to the doorway, one step up to the living area, and another step up to the walk‑in shower, with no space for a wheelchair. The bathroom is no good: the toilet is in a small cubby with no grab bars, the sink is recessed and inaccessible from a wheelchair. Photos show the problem.

Good value for money. Five minutes on foot from Shinjuku city center. Clean, quiet, and nothing to complain about. I didn’t find any problems; it was great.

Everything was clean and quiet, the host was very attentive and friendly, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the subway station.

Location was fine. The beds were small.
