The proximity to the train station, the spacious room, and attentive staff were positives – I didn’t have hot water that evening, but they compensated by waiving the parking fee; parking is available but costs a bit high. The stale, closed‑off smell, the outdated furnishings, and the lack of hot water suggest a possible incident.

As close to the Mestre train station as you can get, but inside, it's a classic 4-star hotel - all the features you expect, including good cafe and restaurant and very good breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and the main desk service excellent. The breakfast finishes promptly at 10.00, which is fair enough, but we didn't know and arrived with little time
