We stayed here while visiting Perugia and Assisi and had a wonderful time; it’s a very cozy place right in the beautiful countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging restaurant reservations and recommending sights and activities. The rooms were very clean and the surroundings truly lovely. The accommodation is a bit off the beaten path on a gravel road, which we appreciated for its quiet, nature‑close feel. There’s a small village about 5–10 minutes by car with a café and pizzeria. We didn’t find anything we disliked; the only thing to note is that the property is rural and you’ll need a car to reach restaurants, cafés, and other spots easily, so it may not suit those who want to stay in the city center and walk everywhere. They offer breakfast, and as far as we understand, they can accommodate if you want to eat there.

The outside area with the pool, the cleanliness, and the spacious room were all excellent, and there were no negatives.

The location is great with large spaces, and everything was perfect; as a pet‑friendly property, I’d add a few more bins, a small table in the shower, and a drying rack.

The location was nice with a large, clean, welcoming room, but during Ferragosto the resort was open to the public, the pool was small, overcrowded with many children, and there were no rules; a sign warned against diving but nobody respected it. We couldn’t relax, so we fled and spent the day in nearby towns—a real nightmare!
