The place felt really home‑y – warm lighting, spotless rooms and everything we needed just a short walk away. Alonso was constantly friendly and gave us all the info we needed, even arranging tours for us. It’s right in the beautiful forest, so I’d definitely come back.

The shower was nicely warm, which was a plus, but the rest of the room felt old and a bit cluttered, like a place past its prime. It works if you don't mind the dated vibe.

The hotel’s location is spot‑on and the staff are genuinely friendly – they even helped us book a bunch of trips without any hassle, and the shower was hot and pleasant. On the downside, the room lacked enough charging outlets and the mattress springs were uncomfortable, digging into my ribs at night. We also missed that breakfast was offered (you have to cook the toast and eggs yourself), which would have been nice to know ahead of time.
