“Very comfortable and enjoyable.”
The spot was great, the staff were top‑class, and the room was excellent.
I appreciated the location, being a stroll away from local Broadway street, bars, and restaurants. The suite‑style room with a kitchen looked nice, and the staff were friendly. They even held our bags in the office after checkout. However, the room was never cleaned, even after scheduling through the app. The mobile door key required several attempts each time. Wi‑Fi was sluggish. Water bugs appeared in the lamp shades and bathroom. Standard rooms lack windows, so you have to accept that. The rooftop bar staff need more cocktail‑mixing training. Construction and the loud noise from vacationers and clubs could be a lot for some; my fiancé couldn’t sleep, but I managed.
“Great staff and location.”
The room and property were beautiful, the location excellent, and the staff wonderful. I didn’t like having to download an app for check‑in, but the front desk guided me through it, so it wasn’t a major issue.
“Super nice hotel in the heart of everything! Will definitely stay here again!”
Everything was within walking distance, so we never had to take an Uber—love that! The keyless entry and door locks were a bit finicky, especially after a long night of Honky Tonking.
“Great location! Room too small for five people and for what we paid.”
The hotel was stunning, the room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. I loved the coffee right outside the elevator on our floor. The location was the best part—convenient to the restaurants we wanted, Broadway, and the stadium for the concert we attended. We paid over $500 for a suite with two queens and a sofa, which it did have, but the room was very small. I had stayed there before in a regular two‑queen room that was three times the size of this so‑called suite.
