A nice hotel in the town centre offering decent value; the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but functional, featuring an en‑suite bathroom with a shower over a bath. The bedroom lamp and one bedside light were broken, and there’s no free parking nearby. We were also unlucky to stay during a night when roadworks and loud machinery were resurfacing the street outside the hotel.
