They refused to honor my reservation, so I had to drive 45 minutes to find another place; it was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend booking here. They also told me I was the second person that day and still wouldn't honor the reservation.

The location was fine, but there was no elevator and no GFI outlet by the sink; I can't see how they pass safety inspections.

There were bedbugs, otherwise it was fine; it could have been cleaner. I was on business so I didn't interact much, and I wouldn't recommend staying there. The parking lot was almost empty.
