Rooms feature cable TV, coffee/tea maker, and hair dryer. The hotel is a short drive from General Mariano Escobedo International Airport and within walking distance of El Barrio Antiguo's restaurants and nightlife, as well as Plaza Mexico Mall and Macroplaza.

The staff—front desk, security, kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping—were all very friendly and courteous, but the pillows were uncomfortable, the room had many hairs on the floor and under the beds, the showerheads were worn and full of limescale, so the water didn’t flow well.

Only the location was good; the breakfast was very basic, the dining area didn’t let you sit anywhere, you were literally told you couldn’t use a table unless it was “authorized,” even though there was no clear separation.
