The location was fantastic, the room was the prettiest and most comfortable, and we just couldn’t stay longer, haha. It’s awesome 😁

I really enjoy all the service, the cleanliness, and how friendly everyone is; the location is great, though the young reception staff at Habeces seem a bit overwhelmed but they manage. I had a problem with the buffet chef and didn’t like the way and manner in which she answered me; that’s the only downside. I’ve been staying here for 15 years, so there are more positives than negatives.

The hotel was great, free guava, chips, and cookies were provided, each room had small snacks delivered daily, there were two doors for entry, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very good, laundry was cheap, overall service was excellent, the location was unbeatable, everything nearby was close, taxis were convenient, and there were plenty of eateries around—highly recommended for a stay in Mexico City. If only the pillows could be upgraded, it would be even better!
