Buena recepción. Realizamos el chek-in con algo de antelación sobre el horario marcada por el hotel. Excelente información de cómo ubicarse dentro del hotel. Habitación cómoda, amplia y con mucha luz. Excelente desayuno con todo y para repetir. Cerca de la parada de metro, a dos paradas del centro de la ciudad y zona muy tranquila. Todo muy bien

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, soundproofing, and room size were all excellent, and there were no negatives.

The bed, soap, TV, and quietness were fine, but the room was a bit dusty and I found someone’s used floss in the bathroom when I arrived :/. Trying to check in via the machine forced me to pay tax even though I’d prepaid with my booking – that feels shady. The receptionist seemed aware of this issue, which makes me wonder how long it’s been happening.
