The airport shuttle was a huge help, and being close to the Metro was a real bonus. The evening manager—a gentleman—was incredibly helpful and professional, a real asset to the Hilton Garden Inn.

Staff were friendly, the location was great, and the restaurant was solid. No issues.

The liaison for my shuttle from the airport on Friday night, September 25, 2026, was quite rude. I could hear other guests talking in my room and sometimes woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone was in my room.

Food was good, service was good, and the place was clean most of the time. BUGS! The exterminator is overdue—bugs on the floor, and my husband had to swat one away at night while sleeping and even smashed it on his face!
