The room was very clean and very quiet.

The furniture inside the room was high‑quality, stylish, and the space was large and comfortable; the staff helped carry our luggage even though there was no elevator, and the location was convenient. The bathroom was big, but the bathtub area was too small and the shower curtain was basically unusable, so we often had to touch the wall while showering; otherwise it was fine, though the floor could get a bit wet.

The hotel sits close to Wien Hauptbahnhof, and the tram stop O is just outside the building. The reception is actually at number 5, right outside the tram O Columbusplatz stop, on the opposite corner, not at the address listed as 86, so be careful; also there is no lift.
