“It was good but not very good this is five star hotel I would expect everything smooth without any hiccups and chasing t”

The rooms were spotless and the facilities were solid, but the staff didn’t keep the bathroom stocked – I had to keep asking for fresh toilet paper, toothbrushes, and tissue boxes, and they kept running out.

The health club with spa, pool,… and female/male have each seperate accesses. - Floor 5 had a bad smell in the hallways. - curtains in the room are not totally blocking the sun light. I like sleeping in when on vacation but was a bit difficult because of the sunlight
