The only bright spot was the location. Two female travellers felt unsafe because a group of local men sat outside the downstairs facilities and constantly watched us. The property looks nothing like the online photos; it’s run down, stinks, and the bathroom was horrendous. Luckily we only stayed one night, otherwise we’d have moved out immediately.

Nothing was good; it was horrible to live here—must flee this hotel. The room’s unfinished work made it very dirty; the shower smelled awful, no cleaning was done, there were screams and noise at 5 am, the door was broken and let everything in, there was no TV, the walls were moldy! I will do everything to report the hotel because living in such conditions is unacceptable.

Location - ONLY. Where do I begin The public facility were barely maintained. The rooms - so dirty, unkept and some windows didn’t close. One of the rooms we had had ant nest and ants were crawling all over the bed. I felt I had to shower with my slippers as the floors looked dirty. The washing basin had a wooden cover and that was about to fall apart. I had communicated with the lady on the WhatsApp at 1pm to check if the room would he ready by 2 - she answered “how can I help” and once I asked the question - it was totally ignored. We arrived past 2.30 and all 3 room were not yet ready and the smell of the “freshener” was still very pungent. Location was central but this was the worse place we stayed at during our trip in Lombok. Book at own risk!

I was only mildly disappointed because the place was still under construction, but otherwise it was fine.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location within Kuta. The room was horrible. The bathroom smelt so horrific and was dirty. I didn’t even want to go in there. There were mosquitos in the room and the whole place is extremely run down. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have switched hotels
