The facilities were good. The pool area was very calm and pleasant, with water at a perfect temperature. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also a good size. Restaurant Origen was excellent, offering variety and tasty food. A very good stay that I’d repeat. The towel‑loan system for the pool isn’t practical – you can only pick up and return towels at the spa, which is on the opposite side of the hotel. Worse, the spa is open only from 10 h to 18 h. If you have to leave the hotel before 10 h, you must return the towel the day before, leaving you without one for half the afternoon. I’ve never seen such an inconvenient and uncomfortable system in any hotel.

The hotel is very nice, but could be a bit cleaner. All the windows in the corridors were dirty. The fridge in the room was completely frozen, so it didn’t cool properly. We booked all‑inclusive. For a coffee from the machine we had to pay an extra 1.70. The coffee from the fully automatic machine in the breakfast area was included, but it wasn’t tasty, especially right after dinner.

The facilities were fine, though the rooms needed some maintenance, especially the shower and the alcove. The living room lamps that face the pool should have tables under the lamps because tall people bump their heads. The dinner quality was lower, with less variety and lower quality.
