“I can’t say it was worth the money”

The room was very clean with a great bathroom, and the location was excellent; the air conditioning worked better than all the others we had on this trip. However, it was a walk‑up to the third floor, which was hard with luggage and we’re not as young as we used to be. The bed came with only two very different pillows, neither very comfortable, and one thin sheet. The breakfast included a couple of croissants and coffee from a nearby store, so we didn’t have time to use it. There was no communication with the host, and when he arrived he was mumbling something we couldn’t understand.

We chose the deluxe room, which was a good size and in a great location; two excellent restaurants were right next door, and the apartment was spotless.

The location and cleanliness were great, but the staircase was a bit of a hassle, though expected in an old city.

The location was great and the place was clean and modern. The host’s communication was only average, and the air‑conditioner made an insanely loud noise that kept me from sleeping even with earplugs. I reached out to the host, who said a technician would be sent, but I don’t think anyone actually came because the issue stayed unresolved.

The spot was perfect, the room was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and breakfast was excellent.
