“Nice hotel for every age”

This hotel is located in a resort area that has shops, restaurants/cafés, a water park, art galleries, and conference rooms. It has an outdoor pool that is usually in the shade (good for Sanya’s strong sunlight) where you can cool off. The room is large and has a nice bathtub. The balcony view is amazing. The air conditioner works well. Breakfast is a buffet with many varieties (Chinese, Western, vegetables, rice porridge, noodles, dumplings, salad, fruit, desserts with coconut milk, etc.) and they are delicious. The staff don’t speak English, but we could communicate using a translation app and it was no problem.

Nothing positive. Everything is dirty, the staff don’t speak English, they’re old, and the breakfast is the same every day.

“Hotel abandonado”

This complex has its perks - the street food area is convenient, my room was spacious and clean, and it's on a main avenue. The breakfast buffet is decent, with some basic options that'll do if you're not picky. But that's where it ends. The place feels abandoned, with crumbling common areas and a general air of neglect. The Coconut building, where I stayed, was particularly run-down, with a slow and clueless check-in process and barely any English spoken.

“Хороший отель на пару дней”

This hotel's okay for a quick 1-2 day stay, but don't expect much if you're looking for some serious fun. The water park's got some issues, with only the main wave pool working. On the plus side, it's got a decent shopping center with some big brands and some Chinese labels. It's not super close to the sea, but there are tram and bus stops nearby that'll take you to the coast. Too bad many of the on-site restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots were closed.

I liked the location - easy to hop on the tram - and the resort's got a lot of nice facilities. Too bad the place feels a bit old and worn out.
