“Except cheating from that particular person, other is Okay”
My stay had its ups and downs - the food was quite good and the restaurant staff were very friendly, which was a definite highlight. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room size, it felt a bit cramped. Additionally, I didn't think it was worth the money, and I would advise being cautious around one particular individual who may be a partner or owner, as I got the sense they might try to take advantage of you.
The standout aspect of my stay was the excellent service and friendly behavior of the staff, which made a big difference. The location wasn't ideal, but it was manageable, and the staff's positive attitude helped make up for it.
“Not a good experience”
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Varuna River, which, despite being quite polluted, is a significant part of Varanasi's heritage. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues - the hotel was still under construction, and the staff seemed inexperienced, to the point where I had to explain how to toast bread. The rooms were small, and the location was not ideal, situated right next to a flyover with a poor access road and limited nearby amenities.
