A foul, sewer‑like odor filled the bathroom for the entire one‑night stay in the family room; this issue did not occur during a previous stay in a single room.

I got a good deal and the breakfast was solid, but the shower only gave lukewarm water. The single dim overhead light and the few night‑time mood lamps made it hard to read or even turn the thermostat at night.

We had a very pleasant stay: the hotel’s location is great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were well kept and the overall experience was very good; we’re very satisfied and would gladly return.

This place is the top pick for us in Phnom Penh – the staff are always super welcoming and we loved the breakfast. The pool is tiny, yet it’s just right for our daughter.

After staying here more than once, I can say it remains an excellent choice in Phnom Penh. Everything was spot‑on again: the suite was huge, spotless, and comfy, with a fantastic city view. The staff deserve special praise—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From the friendly welcome and a refreshing drink on arrival, you feel well looked after. The location is super convenient, especially for business in that part of the city. Though the riverside is a popular tourist spot, the area feels relaxed and less crowded, with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was worth mentioning too: a solid mix of Western and Asian dishes, all fresh and tasty, served with friendly service for a great start to the day. The value for money is excellent, especially for those with a higher Genius status; complimentary breakfast or a free room upgrade can make the rate even better. In our case, those perks added to the overall value. After several visits, I know exactly what to expect here, and what you get is consistently very good. We’ll definitely come back! Prof. K
