“A Disappointing Stay at This Hotel”
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We were initially given a different room than the one we booked, which was a letdown. Unfortunately, the room we received was subpar - the bed wasn't comfortable, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there was a lingering unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the room lacked basic amenities, such as a sufficient number of towels and pillows. The experience felt like an internal trip rather than a relaxing getaway.
