Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I was terrified by the sheer number of cockroaches I killed in my room, and when I told the front desk they didn't offer a refund or anything; the place was filthy and I ended up sleeping on a chair because the sheets on the bed were stained.

The room was exceptionally clean, and I have nothing negative to add.

The location was great and the place was clean.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the beds felt very thin and cheap, which made it hard to sleep well.

The hotel was quiet and well‑located, but the bathroom was covered in hairs, which was terrible; I ended up cleaning it myself, which I shouldn’t have had to do.
