This Family Room with Lake View features a balcony, terrace, and patio with lake, garden, and mountain views. The room has a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and fireplace. It includes a flat-screen TV, sofa, and seating area, and sleeps 4 guests, with 2 extra beds available. The room also has a desk and dining area.

“Disappointed in the condition of the suite. It did not match the photos shown.”
The view and gardens were nice, but the cleanliness of the suite was extremely poor; it looked heavily used yet not maintained to an acceptable standard at all. The pictures didn’t match the rooms or show their true state, so I wouldn’t have chosen this place had I known its condition.
The room was spacious and roomy, but the garden was not well kept.
The space of the house and property offers great value for money, so we extended our trip. Nothing disappointed me.

The place was quiet and comfortable, yet the garden was untidy and poorly maintained.

The garden is beautifully maintained with lovely views and the staff are friendly and try to help despite their limited English, but the building is old and poorly kept—carpet torn, curtains closed, badly insulated windows, and a bathtub full of rust. It once had a golden era but now looks neglected and in need of renovation; we tried to cancel the third night because of the overall deterioration and never received a reply, neither through the booking site nor at the front desk. Customer service was terrible, there’s no functioning bar or restaurant, and the price is far too high for the current state of the facilities.
