Location. The door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, and the window was broken and could only rest against the wall.

A simple and quiet place! Great value for money, well‑located, a solid choice for a weekend in the city. I didn’t run into any problems, but note that the room has no air‑conditioning, just a fan, so it gets really hot during the summer.
