The photos looked great, but the hotel itself was a letdown. The cleanliness was pretty bad, especially in the toilets - they clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and some essential facilities were missing. Not exactly what you want when you're traveling. Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment.

We rolled in at midnight and were pleasantly surprised to find the chef still on duty, just in case we were peckish. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and we had a great night's sleep - can't complain there!
