The location was great, the hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. A nice bonus was the filtered water available on each floor, which was great. The air conditioning in our room was quite loud.

Elizabeth Aquino, one of the managers, went above and beyond by retrieving my clothes still in the dryer on the morning I checked out, folding them into my suitcases, and keeping my belongings safe until I returned from a hospital emergency that evening. From my urgent call to the Front Desk to the professionalism of Ms. Aquino and the evening Front Desk staff who brought my suitcases to me for pickup, I am beyond grateful and impressed. The only negative was my injury at Rockefeller Center.

The location was very good and the staff were nice. The room was very small and didn’t have a fridge, so we couldn’t take anything home.

The location was perfect—right next to Rockefeller Center and within walking distance of the subways. The staff were unbelievable: caring, helpful, and kind. The rooms were very clean and the bed was perfect. I couldn’t recommend it more! Nothing was negative.
