The overall rating system across all sections is terrible; this platform should filter listings before selling them, so it’s also to blame. – Paulo Cesar

Nothing works at that place, it's a real scam, consumer deception, the façade is only to trick consumers. Att. Paulo Cesar. Nothing.

We felt cheated: upon arrival we were sent to a different place, the room didn’t match the photos or description, the location was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was no security. I booked a double and a single but ended up in a shared room, supposedly the best option, which violated the agreement and the website’s false advertisement. No room has a balcony overlooking the mountains, and the bathroom even lacked a wall—just a piece of wood to cover the gap, and it was filthy. I don’t recommend this stay to anyone; all interactions seemed aimed at deceiving us into staying once we were already there. They should be banned from the site.

We arrived and were sent to a completely different building, then handed a room that looked nothing like the photos or description – it was grimy, in bad shape and lacked any security. I had booked a double and a single room but ended up in a shared space, and the staff kept insisting it was the “best” option, even though the ad promised a balcony with mountain views that simply isn’t there.
