“Pleasant convenient.”
The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and nicely presented, though the common areas felt a bit worn; parking on site was convenient, but the price was high for the facilities.

The room is lovely with twin beds, which are sometimes hard to find, very comfy, and in a good spot for visiting the colleges; the en suite is very small and the shower isn’t very hot.

The manager was very kind, and check‑in was pleasant, easy, and fast. We were shown to our room right away and given a quick tour of the property. Though the location is a little “out there”, it’s right next to Folly Bridge and many buses make access to the main plaza very convenient. It was quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom, coffee and tea in the room, and everything was clean and nice. The only thing to note is the location; the property is older, but the windows are new, the facilities are nice, and nearby buses and restaurants mitigate the distance. Overall, not much to complain about.

The room was clean and stocked with plenty of teabags, coffee, and milk, but the TV struggled to receive a strong enough Wi‑Fi signal to be watchable.
