The staff were excellent, each person I met performed above what I’d expect from this chain, but I wish I’d realized the room lacked a mini fridge.

Très bon Hotel, chambre moderne en parfait état, lit confortable. Personnel extrêmement aimable et rend service pour toutes choses. Balikpapan est une ville entendue, l'hotel est à proximité d'un grand centre commercial, d'une rue très commerçante, et du bord de mer. Café restaurant sympathiques proche au bord de l'eau.
