Breakfast was okay. I paid for parking twice (Rm 236). I let the hotel know and was told someone would call me back, but no call came. Arelene—if that’s her name—told me my parking was waived, yet no voucher was given. When my son and I reached the parking lot, we were prompted to pay again; he paid with his credit card. Why give me misleading information?

The hotel was nice and bright, and the breakfast was amazing.

The reception staff were generally not friendly or helpful. Even after telling them I stay every three weeks for four nights, they didn’t care. Please inform them that this is unacceptable; we pay for service and expect good service in return. Thank you.
