“I usually don’t have a problem at this place but every time the Indian guy checks me in he always give me a hard time.”

I was thrilled with the hotel up until my last visit, which might be my final one. The Indian staff member was extremely rude and displayed signs of racism.

“It was horrible , harassed”

I had no positive aspects to mention. The manager was awful, picking on guests for no reason. He insisted that only one guest could stay in the room, yet I had stayed there multiple times and the last time he said four could. I asked for a late check‑out if available; a front‑desk lady told me it was possible, but when the manager returned he claimed it was unavailable and that I couldn’t get it because it hadn’t been paid through the app, even though he never accepted payment. He kept knocking on my door, watching the room, and harassing me. When I said I needed to stay for a late check‑out, he told me my boyfriend and I had until 11:30 to shower and gather our things, but at 11:04 he returned, and again at 11:14 he threatened to call the police and gave me a paper stating I was banned from the property. I did nothing wrong, but I think the manager should be replaced.

I had no positive points. The staff was professional.

“Adequate but old.”

The location is close to the interstate, the lady at the desk was pleasant, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby; the breakfast was okay, but the rooms are small and cramped, the mattress has dents that need replacement, and there’s no space between the bathroom door and the nearest bed.

Everything is nearby, but the bathroom is extremely small and the pool is out of order.
